Terms & Conditions

Consultations must be paid for in full prior to consultation

Consultations must be paid for at time of booking with credit card (which does incur a 2.2% surcharge), alternatively an invoice will be sent shortly after booking is made

Invoice terms are 7 days

Minimum 24hrs notice required for cancellations for a full refund

Less that 24hrs notice will incur fee equalling 50% of consultation total, unless otherwise arranged

Notification of cancellation can be made by way of email or via your online confirmation

Your consultation booking is subject to re-schedule if the requested information from the checklist is not received at least 1 week prior to consult, unless otherwise arranged

Should Ascher need to reschedule your consultation due to unforeseen circumstances or an unavoidable situation, Ascher & the admin team will work to re-book you in as soon as possible, at a day/time that suits both parties

Extra time spent at the consultation will be charged in 30 minute increments, at an hourly rate of $270 + GST

If you have further requirements of Ascher & the team, subsequent time must be booked and will be charged accordingly. This includes any further research and/or answering queries following your consultation

Any consultation queries & questions that are submitted more than 4 weeks following your consultation will require booking a subsequent 1hr In-Person Consultation (Perth metro clients only)

Following your consultation, if you wish to proceed to quote stage this is the process:

You will be provided an estimate cost based on your consultation with Ascher

If you are happy with this and would like a more detailed quote, you will be asked for a non-refundable deposit, which will be 1% + GST of the estimate cost (min $500 and max $1,000). Our quotes are all custom created for each individual and very bespoke. They are very involved and this is the premise for the deposit.

Please note, if the accepted quote amount is the same or more than the estimated cost, the non-refundable deposit amount will come off the balance of the project; If the accepted quote amount is less than the estimated cost initially provided, the deposit amount to come off the total of the project will be adjusted in alignment with the difference of the detailed quote and estimated cost.

Our team will meet with various trades on site and you will be provided with your detailed quote - 1 change is permitted at this stage free of charge. Thereafter, any changes will incur a fee of $100 + GST per change

If this quote is accepted, a 10% deposit will be required to start the job, followed by progress payments (30%, 40%, 20%)
