Luke Tabor is a Project Engineer at Keller Associates in Salem, OR. He graduated San Diego State University in May 2019. His experience includes various municipal projects in stormwater, wastewater, and water utilities. He has completed facility evaluations, assisted with master planning, hydraulic modeling, and pipeline design projects. Luke is a self-motivated, no-job-too-small, forward thinking individual, that welcomes the challenges of engineering projects and club activities.

David grew up in Keizer, Oregon and attended Oregon State University (OSU) where he received a master’s degree focused on asphalt pavement and tack coat research for the Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT). He has over 7 years of combined experience in civil engineering. After OSU, David began work on transportation projects in Eugene, Oregon. David is experienced in project delivery, utility coordination, roadway design, roadside safety improvements, and pavement preservation and rehabilitation.

Robert is a design engineer and project manager for Jensen Design & Survey, based out of Ventura, California. He graduated from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo in 2016. Robert enjoys sports, snowboarding, scuba diving, and the outdoors.

Ryan works for Consor Engineering in Salem, OR as an engineering designer. He is an EIT and will be eligible for licensure in 2025. He is passionate about Civil Engineering because he enjoys using mathematics and learning new things every day. He lives in Salem with his wife, daughter, and three cats where they enjoy long walks in the park and talking about whatever books they happen to be reading on that day.

Andrea Mather is an Assistant Resident Engineer for the Oregon Department of Transportation in Corvallis, OR. She administers construction projects in Lincoln, Benton, and Linn counties. She grew up in Roseburg and attended Oregon State University where she earned her Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees in Civil Engineering. In ASCE, Andrea has served in various roles including positions in Capital Branch and WVYMG. In her free time, she enjoys gardening, biking, and spending time with family.

Makenzie is a Bridge Engineer at DEA, with five years of experience on design, inspection, and maintenance projects throughout Oregon. She graduated from Oregon State University with a B.S. He grew up in Ohio where he attended Youngstown State University, graduating in 2021 before moving to Oregon later that year. Outside of work, he enjoys hiking, playing Dungeons & Dragons, and going to weekly trivia.
