We learnt that a particular environment and a certain set of conditions typically need to exist for Creative Business Transformation to be successful. We have grouped these conditions into four primary phases of Creative Business Transformation.
There are four main phases:
1. Foundation
2. Curation
3. Implementation
4. Adoption
The phases build upon each other. Each should be embedded properly for the next to work effectively. These phases can be integrated with common project implementation methods and can overlay any business framework.
The key for leaders is understanding how and when to push the organisation from one phase to the next.
Creative leaders can add the most value and impact by spotting the right moment to propel the organisation to the next phase (as shown by the curved arrows in Figure 3).
