Good afternoon,

Hope you were able to enjoy some of the beautiful weather this weekend.  

We are down to our last 5 days of the quarter and semester.  This week we will wrap up 'Wind in the Willows.'  There will be no vocab this week.  Study guides will be completed on Friday.  In grammar, we finish chapter 7 - interrogative pronouns, and take the Chap. 7 quiz on Friday.  Math Chap. 7 also concludes this week, with the Chapter quiz on Friday.  The students worked on history review of US Geography and Hiawatha last week in preparation for Wednesday's test.  Our Ocean's study languished a bit with our sea-floor mapping activity, so may continue into the new year, but will include a quiz on Thursday.  There is no tutoring this week.  We will go over the math quiz on Monday in class.

On Friday we will celebrate the end of the semester with a craft, game, and Wind in the Willows movie and snack.  Merry Christmas!
