ABOUT ME
Mrs. Sheets grew up in a military family, moving every few years from East coast to West coast until she came to Colorado, where she graduated from the University of Colorado in Boulder and received her Bachelors of Fine Arts degree with emphasis in electronic media. She has a passion for sharing her love of art, living in the mountains with her children, and seeing all the versatile wildlife in the area.

I am very much looking forward to meeting everyone and having an amazing year teaching fun, informative and creative art projects.

what is your favorite book?
I can't say that I have one favorite book since I am an avid reader of many different genres. I have read many classics and also enjoy sci-fi, fiction, fantasy, historical and more. Some of the books and authors I have enjoyed reading were Hans Christian Andersen, Pears Anthony, Tom Clancy, Homer, Game of Thrones and presently I am reading The Witcher series.
What is your favorite subject?
My favorite subject is ART and Art History.
What do you Appreciate about ascent?
Now that I have been here for the first quarter, I can happily say that I appreciate how positive and kind everyone here at ASCA are. I see a friendly culture where students and teachers are working together engaging in their educational growth with kindness and trust.
