Welcome to the official site for the 2025 Summer Conference. I'm excited to host this event and hope you are all planning to attend.
On the home page, you will find a link to the Hilton Garden Inn - Tampa - Wesley Chapel, where you can reserve your rooms. By using this link, you will receive our special conference rate. Although our official events are only Wednesday through Friday, the rate is good starting Wednesday through Saturday morning for anyone wanting to extend their stay or assist with travel plans.
The conference fee is $50.00 and can be conveniently paid through PayPal or check. Payment instructions will be sent through email upon completion of the registration process.
The Lakewood Ranch High School Jazz Band will perform for us and assist in two of our clinic training sessions. We have some exciting guest presenters and trainers who are coming to share, in addition to the awesome members of Region V.

ASBDA believes in the intrinsic benefits which come from the gathering of quality minds attracted to solving professional issues of national significance. This last belief may be foremost in importance, for there is no clinic or class as valuable as a spirited discussion with someone in your profession whose ideas you value and respect. Our national conventions and regional conferences serve as platforms for performance and essential dialogue. By means of these conventions, along with ongoing research and study programs, ASBDA can provide essential data of significant value to the development and shaping of our nation’s band programs in the years ahead.
National Conventions are held every other year on the even years. Our Region Conferences are held on odd years.
