Welcome to SHTALK ("the App"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the App, which is operated by Pixelvide ("we", "our", or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
To use certain features of the App, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep your account details secure.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for any activity that occurs under your account.
Voice Chat requires the following permissions to provide the core functionality of the app:
a. Contacts Access
The App requests access to your contacts to enable you to send and receive voice messages. By granting access to your contacts, you allow the App to identify and display users in your contact list who are also using SHTALK.
b. Microphone Access
The App requests access to your device’s microphone to record voice messages. By granting this permission, you enable voice messaging functionality within the app. We do not access your microphone when you are not actively using this feature.
c. Voice Recorder Access
The App requires access to your device's voice recorder to save and send recorded voice messages to other users.
Before sending a voice message, you are required to send a request to the intended recipient. If the recipient accepts the request, you can send voice messages. You are solely responsible for the content of the voice messages you send.
By using the App, you agree not to:
Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
Send spam, unsolicited messages, or abusive content to other users.
Collect, store, or share other users' personal information without their consent.
Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the App, servers, or networks connected to the App.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms.
All content, trademarks, logos, and designs within the App are owned by SHTALK or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You agree not to copy, distribute, or create derivative works from the App without our explicit permission.
The App may use your mobile data for sending and receiving voice messages. Any data usage charges from your mobile carrier are your responsibility. Voice Chat is not responsible for any charges incurred due to data usage while using the App.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SHTALK, its affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, or any other damages arising out of your use of the App.
We do not guarantee that the App will always be available, error-free, or secure. Use of the App is at your own risk.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App, temporarily or permanently, at any time without prior notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes to these Terms, we will notify you by updating the Effective Date at the top of this document or by providing a notice within the App.
By continuing to use the App after changes are made, you accept the revised Terms.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.
