How can I create an innovative farming tool used in the modern era through digital means? I made a Tinkercad model of a Farmbot, a small gardening robot that is open source-for everyone! Farmbot demonstrates how you can grow your own vegetables right next to you! My 3D model is very detailed, with lots of complex mechanisms and parts shown. I did a student organizer and a video that showcases and sums up my work. The solution, an awesome 3D model closely resembling Farmbot looked brilliant!
Is farming still innovative in our modern world? Yes! As technology grows, agriculture develops alongside it, and our needs keep changing or getting bigger. I did a ton of research on a student organizer, such as answering the questions: What was invented that kept farming innovative? Are robots the best solution to keep farming a job? Will robots replace us in farming in the future as an innovation because they are better, or will we still be a part of farming? What robots exist to assist in farming? How do robots make farming innovative?
I brainstormed my project, topic, and did research to answer supporting questions first. Later I planned how I would complete my 3D model on Tinkercad and present it. I then made my Tinkercad model by googling images of Farmbot, getting inspired on the official website, creating the foundation, putting together the robotic arm, customizing and adding my own components, and planting virtual plants. All the information and work I have done was lastly all mashed into a incredible and fascinating video!
This Farmbot needed very much effort to assemble. The enormous potions of research paragraphs clearly describe the effects of robots on the future of farming. I discovered that farming is always advancing, since food is a vital resource that keeps life going.
Farmbot may be a small robot, but it has immense power. It can revolutionize farming, and change the world. I can learn that robots are one of our best friends, making impossible dreams come true, and give access to stuff to everyone. This project is about agriculture innovations in social studies and creating digital art with technology and learning about it.
I could extend my project by 3D printing it, and I could have chosen to work on another form of this project, or drew it out instead. I can make Farmbot simpler and fill in the unclear gaps in my research. I can improve by narrating the video too!

So interesting! Whenever I need drones and robots being used in agriculture, I find them fascinating. There are robots being used to pick up weeds, drones used to take pictures of crops to analyze soil. And now, your Farmbot. I would really like to see this robot being developed and used in the future. The main idea is done, now working on the actually creating it would be great! Way to go!
