This year we are taking the Expo to a new level! We have more student submissions than last year, a collection of spotlight student presentations, and even a line-up of guest speakers who will share their community expertise.
While we are still unable to gather together in the STEAM building makerspace and celebrate these achievements in a hands-on way, we are able to bring to you the creative and critical accomplishments of our students in a format that you can view from anywhere in the world.
Our theme for the Expo this year is "Navigating Adversity in a Transforming World". The purpose of this theme is to situate the myriad of challenges that we have all experienced during this collective pandemic and celebrate the various ways that we have learned to adapt to our changing world.
We are all faced with the evolving challenges of living our lives socially distanced from one another for over a year. In spite of this, we choose to make, design, build, engineering, code, and create innovations that meet needs and help us connect.
We chose this theme to recognize each and every student who chartered their path through the pandemic story and gained the skills needed to succeed in our 21st century.
