I decided to combine many photos together using Photoshop. They were combined together in a way that give the appearance that one person is in the same place at the same time.
I have always enjoyed making fun and random edits. I chose to do this as a project for my Digital Design class because it seemed like a project that I could have fun with.
I took a few photos in the exact same location and only changed the position of the person in the camera shot. I then combined the photos together using the program Gimp.
It is very hard to combine photos together in way that looks real and authentic. I learned much more about the program i was using GImp.
My results have no real-world significance. They were done for projects in a lighthearted manner and done to develop skills.
I will continue learning new skills within Gimp and learn how to better edit photos.
My Digital Design teacher Mr. Chin is the one that taught me the basics of photo editing and gave me some inspiration for some project ideas.
This fun and casual project shows that technology and photo editing can be a pastime and source of enjoyment for many of us. These photos of duplicate subjects in multiple positions display your capability with the GIMP program as well as your humor is making the scenes enjoyable to view. For future editing, consider how you could accomplish the same on a more complex photographic scale, such as with different subjects/backgrounds, or on a video editing scale.
