Fractals' fundamental principles are how a pattern can frequently repeat at different scales and how this complex shape can be formed by simple replication.
The fractals are irregular structures with the same system repeating on ever finer scales. No matter how much you blow up a picture of a fractal, it will always look the same. The natural world contains many fractals, including ferns, broccoli, river networks, blood vessels, and coastlines.
The students of 8th grade will star a second interdisciplinary project with STEAM students.
The objective of this project is to create an artwork following the tutorials created by the students of the STEAM class.
The explanations given by the students who worked on the operative part are clear. They have put the mathematical amount; now, the art class will put the artistic piece.
For this piece of art I was playing around in this generatot and created it. I liked it and enjoyed it a lot since it gave me radomized results and it was really fun.
For this one I used B's video and I think that its really beautiful and really different because its the only one with color, also this was the one which gave me the most sense of accomplishment since I needed to adjust every single bit so i could change the colors and patterns.
For this generator, I used S's video to help me make this art. I really enjoyed using this website because you could customize the colors, and the abstract shapes that appear in the picture. In this generator, you could change so many thing to how you like.
For this generator, I used F's video to help me make this art. I really enjoyed using this generator because it allows you to make cool depth and designed shapes. There is also so much that you can customize.
For this art work, I used FB's tutorial to help me create this. It was very interesting and fun to create this work, since I liked the color contrast and how I could decide to make it either thin, simple and smooth.
For this art work, I used SM's tutorial to help me create this. It was entertaining to create this, since I liked could change the mass, the thickness, etc.
For this image, I used B's work. His tutorial helped me figure out what were some good coordiantes. I choose to stay with this b/c I love the smoothness of this two colors blending, pink and yellow. You can see a little rainbow in a hole in wich other pastel colors are coming from.
This image reminds me of a toy which I used to play with when I was little. I peeked thourgh the hole in the top of the cylinder and some glitter and colors that where at the bottom mixed together. This image is somthing simiar to it. It also seems like its moving.
SM´s Tutorial inspired me to create this art work using numbers and math.
Although we I did not use the same website as FB, he still inspired me to do this artwork. I managed to relate the buttons and explore a a little and came up with this.
I used S's tutorial for this. He inspired me a lot and made it look easy. I really liked this one because it represents a snowflake with mini snowflake patterns, and I love the snow.
I used F's tutorial. I really liked using this tool becuase it represented a lot of things. It could look like mountains, or the waves. I also enjoyed how it was simple, but every single change you make can make a huge difference. Dragging the slider for the flatness a little would make it super thin without altitude, or super high with altitude.
For this design I used B´s video tutorial. I really this colors because it reminds me of me bedroom.
I watched S´s tutorial to make this design. I like this one becuase it was easy to make but fun.
