注意事項

1. 依「臺灣地區與大陸地區人民關係條例」，目前未開放大陸籍人士申請。
   Under the applying Act, this position is not open to the P.R.C. citizens.

2. 請於截止日前完成本線上表單之填寫，並依說明寄送紙本資料與推薦函。
   Please complete this online form before the deadline, and submit the hard copy documents and recommendation letters in accordance with the instructions.

📌 填寫與提交注意事項 (Important Notices)：

◆ 防重複與檔案置換限制：請勿使用不同帳號重複登記，以免影響您的權益。本表單限制每人僅能提交一次。送出後，系統會自動將「回覆副本」寄到您的 Gmail 信箱。
Please do NOT use different accounts to submit multiple times. This form is limited to one response per user. A copy of your response will be sent to your Gmail automatically.
◆ 修改文字資料：截止前若需修正文字內容，請勿重複填寫新表單；直接點擊回條信件中的「修改回覆」連結即可更新。
If you need to edit text fields before the deadline, please do NOT submit a new form. Simply click the "Edit response" link in your confirmation email to update.
◆ 更換/補件 PDF 附件： 因系統安全限制，表單送出後，申請人無法於線上自行刪除或置換已上傳之 PDF 檔案。若您需要更新履歷、研究計畫書或送審著作，請勿重複填送新表單；請直接將「最新版 PDF 檔案」以 Email 寄至承辦人黃小姐信箱（huangwenyeh@as.edu.tw），並註明您的「姓名」與「欲置換之檔案項目」，由行政同仁協助進行更新。
Replacing/Updating PDF Files：Due to System security restrictions, applicants cannot delete or replace uploaded PDF files via the online form once submitted. If you need to update your CV, research plan, or publications, do NOT submit a new form. Please email your latest PDF files directly to Ms. Huang ( huangwenyeh@as.edu.tw ) with your "Full Name" and "File to be replaced." Our administrative staff will manually update it for you.

3. 推薦函 3 封，請由推薦人簽名並逕行電子郵件傳送：huangwenyeh@as.edu.tw，或郵寄上述地址。
   Please arrange for three letters of recommendation to be sent directly via e-mail or regular mail by the recommendation-writers to Ms. Huang.

4. 職級資格：各職級資格請閱「中央研究院研究所組織規程第七條至第九條」。
   For qualifications of each position, please refer to Articles 7 to 9 of the "Organizational Regulations of the Institutes of Academia Sinica".
