Which teaching pairs will receive an informal observation that day?
Which teaching pairs will receive a formal observation that day?
Which teaching pairs will you support with planning that day?
Double check that you are meeting observation expectations and requirements
Step 3
Email the schedule to all of the teachers, artists for that day
Copy Eir@artsforlearningmd.org
Step 4
Make comments on the lesson plans 48 hours after submission
The teachers/artists need time to fix problems, so they need to have feedback with time to make changes
Tag the teacher and artist on anything that needs immediate attention - if there are missing sections, if something doesn’t make sense, if a link is broken, etc.
Be sure to include at least two substantive comments in your feedback. CHANGE FROM LAST YEAR: These now live on the bottom of the lesson plan.
Step 5 :
At the end of your EIR Coaching day fill out coaches workbook form, this is a change from last year.
If you completed an observation, fill out the observation submission form AFTER YOU DEBRIEF
(We recognize that debriefs don't always happen on the same day of observations)
