This free printable workbook invites you into a gentle, creative exploration of Sukkot.
Through art, writing, and reflection, you’ll discover the symbolic meanings of the Four Species — Etrog (Heart), Lulav (Spine), Hadas (Eyes), and Aravah (Lips).
🌿 Children can enjoy drawing and coloring.
🌿 Adults can use the prompts for journaling and reflection.
🌿 Families and communities can create together, opening conversations about gratitude, strength, and belonging.
About the Creator:
I’m Karin, an Art Therapist and Mental Health Counselor in Training at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago.
For nearly a decade, I worked as an art educator and therapeutic coach with children, adults, and diverse communities. These experiences shaped my vision of art as a gentle yet powerful path to reflection, resilience, and belonging.
I created this project with love, to invite people of all ages — children, parents, and individuals — to pause, create, and reconnect with their own inner strengths.
Wishing you a joyful Sukkot and a sweet, peaceful New Year 💛
I’d be happy to hear from you!
