Tenure-track or tenured faculty on contract
Non-Tenure-Track faculty who are teaching this academic year and have taught for at least the past two academic years in a degree program
Faculty must provide syllabi for each class to the Dean’s Office repository and enrolled students in Canvas before 8:30 a.m. Central Time on the first day of each term, meaning the first day of classes of the term in which you teach, even if you do not teach on that day. (link to submission form)
Independent Studies Applications/Syllabi must be submitted on the same schedule as all other classes. If an Independent Study is approved after the start of the term, the syllabi must be submitted within five days after the ISP is approved and entered into PeopleSoft.
You have completed all four trainings required by the State of Illinois or the City of Chicago at the time the application is due
