Students will be emailed a link to their evaluation at the beginning of their last class.
Instructors are REQUIRED to designate a 15-minute block for students to complete the evaluation for your course(s). This is mandatory.
Preserve student anonymity by leaving the room, in person or on Zoom, while students complete evaluations. We recommend that you help everyone open the link before leaving the room. While students complete evaluations, TAs can stay to help with any technical assistance.
Evaluation responses will be emailed to you after your course ends.

At the conclusion of each session, we request that you help facilitate student course evaluations, which will take place on the last day of your course(s). Please pick up course evaluations on the last day of your program.
In-Person Classes: TAs can help distribute and administer the student evaluations. They will retrieve a white envelope with your class information written on it. This envelope will contain paper evaluations to be distributed to each student.
If your class is in 280, your eval packet will be in room 280-117.
If your class is in Sharp or Maclean, your evaluation packet will be in SP408 or SP706 in the summer.
If your class is in Sullivan, your eval packet will be in SC716 or SP706 in the summer.
You and your TAs should have access to these rooms. Writing utensils can be found alongside the evaluations.
Please designate a 15-minute block for students to complete the evaluation for your course. The instructors will step out of the room at that time, and the TAs will remain in the classroom. Afterward, the TA will collect the evaluations and return them to the envelope. Please return the evaluations and writing utensils to their original location.
Online Courses: We will be conducting evaluations digitally. Students will be emailed a link to the evaluation form at the beginning of their last class.
