When students have established a sense of community with their instructor and one another, they are more able to stay engaged and motivated, express themselves, ask questions, take risks, make mistakes, learn from one another, collaborate, and share ideas and inspiration.
Classroom Community involves the individual relationships you foster with your students as an instructor, the peer relationships your students foster amongst each other, and the group dynamic.
