Group Camp Liaison Registration
Registration for group camp is: Open until May 1, 2026.  Click here to register your group camp (this should be done only by the camp liaison for that group).

Merchant Registration
Registration for merchanting is: Open until May 15, 2026.  Click here to register as a vendor.

Kings Road Early On Policy

Timeframe:  Early On starts at 8am Tuesday and ends at 9am Wednesday.

Purpose:  Early On is to allow staff to (1) set up camp infrastructure before attendants arrive, and (2) to allow staff members to set up their personal camps so that they can aid in the arrival of attendants when site opens.

Staff Includes: dept heads, Crown, Heirs, camp coordinators. Each person gets a plus one.  We make additional allowances for Royal Pavilion and MENAT Pavilion.

Staff plus One:  Each staff member can be there for Early On, subject to the conditions below, and can bring one non-staff person with them.  If more are needed, please ask Gwen or Bart.

All staff must register before entering site.

Tuesday 

8am: Gate Set Up
          Camp Layout
Town Square Layout
Merchant Area Layout

10am: Signage Set Up
            Martial Area Set Up
Royal and MENAT coordinators allowed in subject to camp layout progress
General Staff allowed in

Noon:  Camp Coordinators allowed in
Personal camps may be set up

7pm: Gate closes, no additional people may enter

Wednesday

9am:     Gate opens for general admission
