Gryphon and Candle, (9/2010)
Created by Thorvald and Bianca, founding Baronage. Given to those that have demonstrated consistent work in the Arts and Sciences, and who have made available their skills and knowledge in service to the barony. Formerly Cero et Luce (Italian, roughly translated to candle’s light). HE Mistress Bethany of Windermere is the Premier of this order.
Gryphon and Compass
Created by Asgier and Allesandria. Given to the person the Baronage feels shows the highest ideals and values of the Current Middle Ages in the barony. Given for constant and unwavering service, chivalry, and honor allowing the barony to be a better place. Given in consultation with the Crown of Artemisia and only given once per year. This award carries an Award of Arms if the recipient does not have one.
Originally Created by Thorvald and Bianca, founding Baronage as the Lux Gryphus (Gryphon’s Light) it was determined by the College of Heralds that Gryphons do not produce light also the name was improperly constructed for period usage. Don Sionainn Padraig Caimbeul, then called Sextus Papellous Caesidious, is the premier of this order.

Created by Michael and Bengta. Given to those who teach their specialties to the others of the populace. Premier of the order is
This award has metamorphosed into the Baronial Youth award which was conceived as two awards the Baby Feather and the Gryphon's Covey. Given to the youth of the barony of fifteen years of age or less, who demonstrate chivalry, courtesy, service, and art, all within the traditional SCA style.
Originally cited as an award for adding to the populace by having a baby, given when the child turned 3 years of age.
Mantle of Gryphon’s Lair, (4/2017)
Created by Asgierr and Allesandria. Given to those who are of great help to the barony yet aren’t from the barony. Premier of this order is Dame Jennet Moir de Brechin. Companions may place the initials CMGL after their names.
Token: A mantle with the badge of the Barony upon it. That passes from recipient to recipient. Given once a year and the recipient puts their symbol on the inside.
