Shorehaven has their VolunTeen application and information on their website - the students need to complete the VolunTeen application, background check form and the TB skin test form: https://www.shorehavenliving.org/volunteers/

The contact phone number for the volunteer coordinator is listed on the application for the students to contact one they have the forms completed.

In addition, Music and Memory offer a Volunteer Orientation webinar as well as a Dementia 101 webinar for volunteers to attend. The webinars are not mandatory, but helpful for those new to working with individuals with dementia. The webinars are free and conducted live. If the dates/times don't work for students, they do have an option to watch pre-recorded webinars.
