The following information is to serve as a resource for Professional Teacher Staff (PTS). Here you will be able to find resources and instructions around your goals and evaluation requirements. Timeline for PTS Staff

By October 1st: Self-Assessment are submitted to Evaluator via MLP; if support is needed, please make an appointment with your evaluator in advance of this date

By October 10th: Goals are submitted to Evaluator via My Learning Plan (MLP); if support is needed, please make an appointment with your evaluator in advance of this date

By November 1st: Plan is submitted to Evaluator

By April 20th: By this date, all Artifacts are due via OASYS and all the required observations have been completed (minimum of 3 artifacts for those with last names starting with M-Z; minimum of 6 artifacts for those with last names starting with A-L)

By June 1st: Formative Evaluation is completed and shared with educator (last names starting with M-Z)

OR

Summative Evaluation is completed and shared with educator (last names starting with A-L)

Timeline for Non PTS Staff

By October 1st: Self-Assessment is submitted to Evaluator via MLP

By October 10th: Goals are submitted to Evaluator via MLP

By November 1st: Plan is submitted to Evaluator

By February 1st: Minimum of Three Artifacts are due via OASYS

By February 28th: Formative Assessment is completed and shared with educator

By April 20th: By this date, all additional Artifacts (total of 6) are due via OASYS

By May 1st: all the required observations are completed

By June 1st: Step 5: Summative Evaluation is completed and shared with educator
