We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover). Alternatively, we do accept e-transfers to info@armouredpest.ca or cheques made out to "Armoured Pest Control". Though we prefer credit card payments.

You will be able to pay your invoice through our Client Portal. Where you can use any major credit card to pay your invoice and or set up auto-pay. Alternatively, we do accept e-transfers to info@armouredpest.ca or cheques made out to "Armoured Pest Control". 

All invoices are due upon receipt and late payment fees are applied for each month an invoice is overdue. The details of this will be found on your invoice.

If you have any billing issues, such as a discount was not applied, would like to dispute a late payment fee, or anything else please email accounting@armouredpest.ca and our accounting team will look into your request and get back to you. 

We employ rodenticides in bait stations away from children and pets to ensure no one can access them. Any rodent that consumes the bait will have no risk of second hand poisoning for other animals.

Mice will likely die in the walls, but their small size reduces potential smells. Rats will die in the walls if holes are sealed, which is why we recommend not to seal gaps until all rat activity has stopped. 

All items and furniture are moved away from walls to ensure the product can be applied to all areas throughout the building. Interior mopping and steam cleaning should be completed before the interior treatment, or any pressure washing for exterior treatments before the scheduled service.

Because the soil absorbs all of the product, we do not usually do this; it is assessed on a case-by-case basis. However, if we have completed an exterior spray, we will have sprayed the perimeter of your deck/patio. This creates a barrier or shield so that as soon as any ant comes into contact with the sprayed area, they are eliminated immediately. Our product is plant-based and harmless to children, pets and plants once dry. 

We can remove the nest, but it is recommended to leave the nest to ensure the treated nest can eliminate the entire wasp colony, as well as act as a natural deterrent for further wasp activity.

Once dry, all insect related products are safe for children, pets and plants.
