Process:
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, Armidale Diocesan Primary Sports
Council will refund you in full less any postage costs.
To receive a full refund please follow the below instructions:
1. Contact the Armidale CSO Coordinator Sport K-6 either via email or phone with an
explanation as to why you are dissatisfied.
2. Return goods to be returned via the team manager or the child's school.
3. Please ensure that you include details of the exchange or refund along with the name of
the person the item purchased under and the student’s name.
4. The ACS Sport K-6 Coordinator will inform the accounts department to credit
your bank account so please ensure that you supply your bank details:
Bank Account Name
Bank Name & Branch
Bank BSB
Bank Account number.
Mailing address (email & postal) for remittance advice
5. It is to be expected that reimbursement will be completed within two weeks of returning
the items.
If you require an exchange, ACS Sport K-6 Coordinator will make every attempt to accommodate your request.
In order for a new size or item to be arranged, please follow the below instructions:
i. Contact the ACS Sport K-6 Coordinator: 0427 958 331
ii. Goods to be exchanged via the team manager or via child's school.
iii. Please ensure that you include the following details of the exchange or refund : name the
item was purchased under the student’s name.
iv. Items must be returned in NEW condition within 14 days. All tags must still be affixed and
the garment unwashed.
v. ACS Sport K-6 Coordinator will arrange to dispatch an exchange item either via post or via the team manager.
vi. If the uniform item is to be posted, you can expect it to be posted to you within 14 days
of returning the incorrect size.
