Superintendent's Summative Evaluation Portfolio: Dr. Elizabeth C. Homan
Superintendent, Arlington Public Schools
Student Outcomes
As an addition to evidence aligned with goals, I am including outcomes as evidence for my summative evaluation. Outcomes include but are not limited to performance on MCAS; they also include measures that are factored into State of MA accountability metrics (absenteeism, advanced course participation, progress towards targets) and measures important to APS (climate and culture surveys).
My student outcomes focus for the first 16 months has been on pandemic recovery and ensuring that we rebound as quickly as possible from the impacts of pandemic education and lost time on learning.
