About Ms. Stocker:

Hello! My name is Emily Stocker and this is my first year teaching at Peirce! Prior to Peirce Elementary School, I taught kindergarten in Connecticut and second grade in Medway, MA. I graduated from the University of Connecticut in 2016 with my Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education and then again in 2017 with my Master's Degree in Curriculum and Instruction. I currently live in Newton, MA.

In my spare time I love spending time with my family, working out at OrangeTheory, and exploring new outdoor adventures; I'm always on the hunt for a great hiking trail or relaxing on my favorite Rhode Island beach! I am passionate about music and have spent several years of my life singing; I do my best to incorporate that love into the classroom setting!

I cannot wait for all the learning and fun that's to come!
