About Us

This is Ms. Shine's third year in the Arlington district. She spent the last two years as a library paraprofessional for Stratton, Peirce, and Hardy. This year, she is thrilled to join the Hardy team full-time as the library teacher. Ms. Shine is working toward her MEd in Library Media Studies at Salem State University and is eager to bring her knowledge and excitement from her classes to her students and families in the Arlington community!

This is Ms. Jensen's seventh year working in the Hardy Library. She is passionate about picture books, and believes some of the world’s greatest artists are children’s book illustrators and authors. Ms. Jensen loves to share her excitement about books and enjoys hearing children share their literary enthusiasm with each other. She has been known to sing, dance, and speak in silly voices during library read-alouds on occasion.
