One-time events
One-time events happen one day, and that's it. They have a start-time and an end-time.
Lasting events
Lasting events
Lasting events span multiple days (for example, Monday - Friday or Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday). They usually have the same start-time and end-time every day, but you can specify otherwise if necessary!

Nope! As long as your plans take place within the current school year, you can submit your news as early as you want!
However, make sure to remove submissions for events that have been rescheduled or canceled (see below).

Also no (unless otherwise specified by your club instructors)! While contact information for your student leaders and club advisors is required, anyone can fill out the form!

Club planning is hard, and we understand that some things need to be rescheduled or just don't work out. While we recommend only submitting events that are official and will without a doubt happen on the specified date(s), mistakes can still be made!Â
