RULES & REGULATIONS

In ARKISMUN, the safety of our attendees is and will always be our top priority. Thus, the rules emphasized below must be followed by ALL particapants in order to create a safe environment for everyone. Any violations of the following rules would either result in a warning, a clip or being escorted out of the conference. Our rules and regulations include:

• All attendees must be fully vaccinated in order to attend ARKISMUN XI.

• All attendees must wear a mask at all times.

• Social distancing of 1m between every individual must be followed.

• A physical or a soft copy of your CPR must be brought with you.

• Any public display of affection is strictly prohibited.

• Badges must be worn at ALL times.

• Mutual respect must be maintained at ALL times.

• The dress code must be followed strictly.

• 3 warnings will result in a clip, 3 clips will result in being escorted out of the conference.

• Keep all your personal belongings with you at all times. ARKISMUN XI and Gulf Hotel Bahrain will NOT be responsible for any damage or loss of items.

• In order to maximize COVID protocoles, the sharing of personal items is strictly prohibited.

• Messing with Gulf Hotel Bahrain's public belongings or wandering halls without the right associate or valid reason is strictly prohibited.

• Smoking or being in posession of any smoking device is strictly prohibited.
