Welcome to the University of Arizona and the College of Science. This website is intended to bridge the gap between your Virtual Orientation Experience and your first day of classes at the University of Arizona. This is a repository of information that many incoming students need help navigating. This is not meant to replace those campus entities, but merely as a guide to finding the right question and the right place to ask that question. As always, if you have any questions, please email your academic advisor for specific help as advisors are here to help you navigate the complexities that is college.

If you need to meet with your advisor, it is advisable to schedule an appointment. All advisors have availability to meet with students and advisors use a platform called "Trellis". You can access Trellis, and see your advisor's availability, by navigating to CatCloud.
It is strongly encouraged that you, before the first day of class, spend some time walking campus and finding your classrooms. Some buildings on campus are notoriously difficult to navigate. It is also important to know how long it will take to get from one classroom to another in the time you have between classes (could be as little as 10 minutes depending on your schedule).
Destination Arizona is a two-day event taking place on campus this August. It is an amazing opportunity for new students to get acquainted to campus and transition to life as an undergraduate student.
