GENERAL CAMPUS TRANSIT INFORMATION
Cat Tran is free to use on campus, including Red and Blue routes. Orange route requires a boarding pass for all stops north of Helen. Please Note: Parking in Park & Ride lots require a permit or paid parking with Passport Parking app.
All buses are wheelchair-accessible.
Hours of operation are Monday through Friday from approximately 6:40am - 7:30pm. (Red route hours of operation: 3:55am - 7:30pm) (excluding University holidays and closures). Starting and end times for route service may vary by stop.
Summer operations have limited bus service.
Night Cat by Lyft provides late night transportation service. Lyft codes are valid Monday - Friday from 5:30pm to 12:00am for campus rides and trips to select grocery stores.
Buses will not depart earlier than their scheduled departure time at Timed Stops. All other stop arrivals are estimates based on real time traffic. Plan to arrive at least 5 minutes early to catch the bus
Cat Tran transit may be full during peak hours 7:00am. - 9:00am and 3:00pm - 5:30pm. Please allow yourself at least 30 minutes of travel time.
Due to construction and campus activities, bus routes may change; re-routing and delays may occur.

Public Transit
Tucson also has a streetcar that runs from downtown through main gate square. A map of the streetcar route has been included.
