Hi there!
I am Chaelin Kwon, a Ph.D. Candidate in the School of Government and Public Policy at the University of Arizona. I am a political scientist specializing in the intersection of nonviolent and violent resistance, with particular attention to civilian agency during times of conflict.
My teaching interests align closely with my research focus. I have taught an entry-level online course, Introduction to International Relations, and upper-level online course, Terrorism and Counterterrorism. In an effort to further develop my skills concerning constructive and evidence-based teaching, I am participating in the University of Arizona’s College Teaching Program.
