The Arizona Postdoctoral Research Conference is an event hosted every year during National Postdoctoral Appreciation Week. This is an event to showcase the novel research conducted by postdoctoral scholars across Arizona. It is co-sponsored by the University of Arizona and Arizona State University.

Who can submit
Who can submit
Postdocs and research scientists at any Arizona institution: the University of Arizona, Arizona State University, Northern Arizona University, and beyond. All disciplines and fields of study are welcome. Prior, in-progress, and newly submitted work are all eligible.
Presentation formats
Presentation formats
Poster presentation: Share your work in an informal, conversational setting.
Individual presentation (10–15 minutes): A conference-style talk on a completed or well-developed project.
Chalk talk (3–5 minutes): New this year. A short, slide-free sketch of where your research is headed. Designed for first-year postdocs who are early in a project and don't yet have results to present.
What to submit
What to submit
A 300-word abstract written for a non-specialist audience: your research question, methods, evidence, findings, and why they matter. Reviewers come from across disciplines, so avoid field-specific jargon.
