1. Services Provided

We offer comprehensive lawn care and landscaping services, including but not limited to mowing, edging, weed control, sod installation, mulching, and seasonal cleanups. Specific service details are outlined in your estimate or agreement.

2. Scheduling & Weather Delays

Services are scheduled in advance based on your preferences and service frequency (weekly, bi-weekly, etc.). Weather and safety conditions may occasionally delay services; in such cases, we promptly reschedule and inform affected clients.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise specified in your estimate or service agreement.
We accept payments via Zelle, PayPal (subject to processing fees), Cash App, and checks. Returned or bounced checks will incur a $25 processing fee.
Detailed fee breakdowns are available upon request or included in your invoice.
Balances not settled within the agreed timeframe may be subject to late fees. If payment is missed or remains outstanding, lawn services will be paused until the account is brought current. Continued non-payment may result in contract termination and further collection action.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Please notify us at least 48 hours in advance to reschedule or cancel services.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may incur a service cancellation fee to cover staffing and scheduling costs.

5. Client Responsibilities

Ensure clear and safe access to the service areas on scheduled days.
Secure pets, valuables, and fragile items before your scheduled service.
Disclose any known property issues that may impact service delivery (e.g., underground utilities, sprinkler malfunctions, loose fencing).

6. Satisfaction & Quality Assurance

We take pride in our work. If any aspect of the service does not meet expectations, clients must report concerns within 72 hours of service. We'll assess and resolve the issue promptly.

7. Liability

Arizaga Lawn Care Services LLC is not responsible for property damage resulting from pre-existing conditions, undisclosed hazards, or client instructions that bypass standard safety protocols.

8. Branding & Intellectual Property

All logos, branding materials, communication content, and images associated with Arizaga Lawn Care Services LLC may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission.

9. Photo Consent

By accepting our services, you grant Arizaga Lawn Care Services LLC permission to take before-and-after photographs of the serviced areas. These photos may be used for promotional purposes, including social media and our website. We ensure that no personally identifiable information or sensitive details are included in the images. If you prefer to opt out of this, please notify us in writing before the service date.

10. Reviews & Testimonials Consent

By providing feedback, reviews, or testimonials about our services, you grant Arizaga Lawn Care Services LLC permission to publish this content on our website, social media platforms, and promotional materials. We may use your Name and/or general location (e.g., city or neighborhood) unless you request anonymity in writing.

We reserve the right to revise these terms periodically. Updates will be posted on our website, and clients will be notified of changes affecting active agreements.
