Eazy Catering system automatically creates Vendor Ledger, New Items and Purchase Voucher/Invoice once user uploads the picture of Purchase Voucher/Invoice using mobile phone.

How does this work? 

Once Kitchen Supervisor uploads the Purchase Voucher/Invoice using Mobile phone, the Eazy Catering AI agent reads the Voucher/Invoice. After reading the data, it checks if the Vendor who has raised the Voucher/Invoice exist in Eazy Catering system or not. If not, it will created automatically create Vendor ledger. 

 AI Agent also reads the line items from the purchase voucher/invoice and checks if there is any new item that has never been purchased before. If yes, the AI agent will automaticall create that Item in the Eazy Catering System.

Once AI agent identifies that Vendor and all items exist in the Eazy Catering System, it then creates the Purchase Voucher/Invoice and updates all related ledgers and product/item inventory.

The  Purchase Voucher/Invoice data is maintained kitchenwise. So, if there are more than one Kitchen, the purchase voucher/Invoice and Inventory will maintained for each kitchen and also cumulative.

Eazy Catering system automatically creates Payments/Receipts once user uplaods the picture of Bank Statement(s).

How does this work? 

Once Accountant/Supervisor uploads the Bank Statement, the Eazy Catering AI agent reads the Bank Statement and automatically creates Payments or Receipts based on the pending Purchase/Sale Invoice(s) in the Eazy Catering system. The system also updates the ledgers of Vendors, Clients, Banks, and other ledgers like P&L and Balancesheet.
