• The Innovation Hub has a Manufacturing Extension Partnership (MEP) with the Arkansas Economic Development Commission - Manufacturing Solutions (AEDC–MS) office. As a part of our partnership, they have provided very generous funding that has helped us purchase a significant amount of the equipment that is available for use. This brief survey helps them understand the economic impact the Innovation Hub, its facilities, and training has had on your business.

What is the AEDC–MS?

• The AEDC–MS is a state office that distributes federal funding in order to fulfill their mission to "Maximize enterprise value for manufacturers through Innovation, Operational Excellence, Sustainability and Leadership Development." In addition to providing funding at several levels to help increase Arkansas manufacturing, they also provide training and many other services for Arkansas businesses. How do I complete it?

• Option 1: Download the PDF form, print and fill it out — don't forget to sign it — and then e-mail a copy back to the Hub using the production@arhub.org e-mail address.
• Option 2: Same as Option 1, except, you can simply bring in the completed form on your next visit before September 30th.
• Option 3: Download the Spreadsheet version of the form, fill it out, email it back to us at production@arhub.org, and stop by to sign it the next time your at the Hub (before September 30th)
