About me

Hi! My name is Sarah McCown and I will be serving ASE & AHS this year. A little about me...I graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education from Oklahoma State University. This is my 20th year teaching, and for the last four years, I have been a Dyslexia Therapist. I am a Certified Academic Language Practitioner and Licensed Dyslexia Practitioner. My passion is teaching students with dyslexia to read and spell. I love helping my students find their strengths and passions as well. We're going to have a great year of learning!
