Mrs. Sams' science class!

About me

Hello! My name is Tina Sams, and I’m thrilled to be your 7th or 8th grade science teacher this year! This is my 20th year in education and my 19th year teaching 7th grade science. I did take a quick detour to teach 5th grade science at Hilltop, but I’m so excited to be back in the world of middle school science—my favorite!

I absolutely love all things science and enjoy exploring the world right alongside my students. In addition to teaching, I’m also the assistant cheer coach, and I’m looking forward to an exciting and energetic year ahead.

Let’s make it a great one!
