Hello!  

My name is Mandie Blenden and I will be your child's first grade teacher. I am so excited for another magical year at 

Hilltop Elementary! A little bit about me, I graduated from college a proud OSU Cowboy (go Pokes) and began my journey as a Director at Sky Ranch Christian summer camp in Van, TX.  After meeting my husband, Brian, I moved from Van to the Dallas metroplex. I joined the Prestonwood Christian Academy family as a fifth grade teacher.  During my second year at Prestonwood, Brian and I found out we were expecting our first baby girl, Grace.  That next fall, I went from teacher to fulltime mom. I spent the next seventeen years at home with Grace, Emma Kate, and Kaleb. Such a precious time that went by way too fast.  However, I soon found my next adventure at Borman Elementary in Denton ISD.  At Borman, I taught pre-k and fourth grade.  After my third year at Borman, I decided to make a move to Argyle ISD.  Last year was my first year in Argyle at Hilltop teaching third grade ELAR/SS. I knew I found a special new home with the Eagles.  The warmth and community here is AMAZING!
