About me
I am an educator with over 15 years of experience, specializing in Special Education across a wide range of grade levels and subjects. Throughout my career, I have taught all elementary subjects and provided targeted math and reading intervention for students in grades K–12. My passion lies in helping students succeed through individualized support and meaningful instruction.
In recent years, I transitioned into the general education setting and have absolutely loved it. The shift has allowed me to broaden my impact, build strong classroom communities, and dive deeper into content I’m passionate about—especially English Language Arts and Reading (ELAR) and Social Studies. These subjects give me the opportunity to inspire a love for literacy, critical thinking, and storytelling in my students.
In addition to my classroom duties, I serve as a mentor teacher, supporting and guiding new educators as they begin their teaching journey at Argyle West.
