About Me
Hello! Welcome to 8th Grade ELAR and Leadership/Speech! I'm so excited that you are here.
This will be my eleventh year in public education. I graduated from University of Texas at Arlington and I've taught in Texas and Georgia. I'm mom to my grown-and-flown children Isaac, John Mark, and Abigail, and wife to Eric.
Our classroom is a welcoming place, and we value a safe place to flex our creativity. See yourself as a life-long learner who knows how to "adapt and overcome".

Some of my favorite things are traveling, reading, and most of all, spending time with my husband and my kids.
