Welcome to 4th Grade!

I am so excited for this school year! I can't wait to get to know each of you and your families.  I will be teaching this year  with Mrs. Miller and Mrs.  Hutin.  This year is going to be a fantastic year in our ELAR class! 

A Little About Me

I grew up in a small  town in Oklahoma and made the move to  Texas in 2003.

This  will be my 13th year of teaching! I began my teaching career in Nocona, TX where I taught for 4 years before moving to the metroplex. Then, I moved on to Northwest ISD for 1 year before staying at home with my 2 children for 10 years.  In 2018,  my journey back into teaching began at Argyle Intermediate School before transferring to West when it opened in 2019-2020.

My husband Brady and I have two children, Breecia and Maverick.   We are dog lovers and have a Welsh Corgi named Charlie and a mini Aussie, Bandit. 

My free time is spent watching my children play sports,  spending time with my family,  enjoying escape rooms, and reading!
