About me

Hello! My name is Annie Heron, and I was born and raised right here in Texas. After graduating from Stephen F. Austin State University in 2009, I dove into the world of education, teaching kindergarten and first grade from 2009-2023. In 2023 I  transitioned into the role of Dyslexia Specialist. It’s been an amazing journey filled with learning, laughter, and lots of heart! I’m also a proud mom of three daughters who attend Argyle schools, and I’m beyond excited to be joining the Eagle family at Hilltop Elementary as the Dyslexia Specialist!
