Borrowing books

Elementary students visit the library at least once a week to participate in a library skills lesson and check out books.

• Pre-K, kindergartners and first-graders may check out one book each visit.

• Second, third and fourth graders may check out two books each visit.

• Fifth and 6th graders may check out three books each visit.

• 7th through 12th graders may have three books checked out on their account at one time. (Books may be renewed for another two weeks if no one else has requested them.)

Missing and Lost books

Missing a library book? Once you find it, get it back quickly. Students may not check out additional books until missing/very overdue items are returned or the account is cleared. (*Please contact Ms. Bilodeau for more information regarding payments for lost or damaged books.*)
