Hummus Lab

The Starches Unit included an investigation into various types of legumes (beans, nuts, peas, & seeds). The traditional hummus recipe was used as the teacher demonstration and students were tasked with creating their own unique versions! Chocolate, garlic, avocado, and lemon hummus offered new tastes for all!
