Daily Live Zoom Classes
Synchronous (live) Zoom classes are held daily with licensed Arkansas teachers. Students will also have the opportunity to meet with teachers/interventionists in small groups and one-to-one interventions in math and literacy

Learning Coach Involvement
A learning coach is parent or guardian who is schooling a student from home to keep them on task, support them, monitor their progress, and connect to teachers.
Instructional Content
We will be utilizing state approved high quality instructional materials (HQIM) via a Learning Management System platform for independent asynchronous instruction. Students will complete work independently with their Learning Coach during the day.

Students will be required to meet daily for instructional Zoom sessions with their teacher. These sessions are not an option; they are a requirement to be a virtual student. Independent coursework will be done daily through the online platform. Students must log in daily Monday-Friday, to complete and submit their independent coursework.
Students will access Google Classroom daily for independent, asynchronous learning, guided by their Learning Coach.
Live instruction via Zoom will make up about 53% of learning time, including whole-class lessons, small group sessions, and one-on-one interventions tailored to student needs.
Enrichment & Physical Activity
Weekly enrichment classes (Music, Art, and P.E.) (offered asynchronously).
7th & 8th graders will complete half-semester courses in PE/Health, Career Development, and Keyboarding/Keycoding.
