Language(s) in Museum(s) is a collaborative project based on the exchange of knowledge, ideas, and experiences. On this website you'll find our digital insights and recommendations, which are constantly enriched with every event we organize.
The workshop featured open discussions among all the workshop participants following focused presentations about the participants’ experiences from the COLING project, ARENET, museum professional scholars, activists, teachers, and community members relating directly to museum practices in different cultural and national settings.
Here you can see our insights on different sets of topics we touched on during our presentations and conversations: cooperation with communities, the presence of different languages in museums, new approaches towards collaboration and representation in museums and our general thoughts on challenges museums are facing nowadays.
