The Problem

In the book A Lion To Guard Us Amanda has a problem that is really making her upset. The problem is that she wants to see her father but she can't, because her father lives in the Virginia colony and she lives in a different colony. Her mother is gone so she doesn't have any money to get her and Jemmy and Meg across the sea to the Virginia colony. In addition to all that Mrs. Trippet has the money that was supposed to be for Amanda, Jemmy and Meg.
