Once registered, the deadlines below will apply for cancellations and changes to your camp registration. Once the fees have been assessed, your registration will either be changed or cancelled. To initiate a change or cancellation, you must email camp@ardencahillacademy.com to ensure that your request is made in writing. Spaces and availability are NOT guaranteed.
Note for Early Bird Registration: Registrations made during the Early Bird period receive discounted 2025 pricing. Once the Early Bird window ends and the system switches to 2026 pricing, any registration changes will be adjusted to 2026 rates, and the Early Bird discount will no longer apply. The price difference will be charged in addition to any change fees listed below.
All cancellation and change requests must be made in writing by email to camp@ardencahillacademy.com.
*Session changes are based on availability and cannot be guaranteed. If session changes are not available, the cancellation fee will apply.
*All fees listed must be paid within 48 hours of bill being posted on account. Requested changes will not be approved and processed if the fees are not paid within the 48 hour time period.
