In order to join Arden Sixth Form you must adhere to our SIXTH FORM AGREEMENT. Please read this carefully so that you know what you are signing up for. We are a school based Sixth Form where students are expected in full time, we have a clear dress code, high standards and we expect our students to meet these requirements at all times.

Please also take some time to look at our full SIXTH FORM INFORMATION PACK which includes additional useful information.

Then, all students and parents need to complete the separate online Google Forms below to confirm that you have read and understood everything.

Please complete all of the steps below by 11th July. Please note, we won't be able to process your enrolment in August if these are not completed by the deadline.
