In order to join Arden Sixth Form you must adhere to our CODE OF CONDUCT. Please read this carefully so that you know what you are signing up for. We are a school based Sixth Form where students are expected in full time, we have a clear dress code, high standards and we expect our students to meet these requirements at all times.

All applicants and parents need to complete the separate online Google Forms below to confirm that you have read and understood everything.

Please complete steps 1-3 below (step 4 is optional) by 10th July.
